The place is decent, good enough for both of us. The personnel is pleasant and polite. The room is adequate complete in terrace, can find everything you need. They provide a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the washroom. It has great and unbeatable setting to the yumbo centre.

Peaceful setting, not far from Playa del Ingles, close to the Yumbo Centre, the Gran Canaria, and local bars. Helpful staff and no complains at all.

Heated pool and gorgeous room in terrace. Polite staff, contactable if needed. A hairdryer and fresh towels available. Vews of the ocean. For dinner go to Tutti Frutti, situated just next door to the apartment.

Everything was excellent and met expectations, I would recommend this place. I stayed for 9 nights and it was enjoyable. All staff were helpful. Included a hairdryer and fresh towels, all very handy. Location was peaceful and perfect, at a medium distance from Yumbo Centrum.

the bungalow itself was very nice and had everything I needed for a self-catering holiday. the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, as well as the outdoor pools and facilities, were top-notch. the staff also did a great job with regular visits and towel changes, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying at Bungalows Los Arcos again when I visit Gran Canaria. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌.

No complaint, didn't want to leave. Everything was excellent, we spent here 9 good nights. Staff was polite and pleasant despite our late arrival. The place had a multi-channel television, a dining area and a seating area. The pool looked clean. Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at Spisestua, placed 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

It's a great base for holiday while in Playa del Ingles. Breakfast consists of plenty of meals, including omelette and bacon.

The rooms are adequate complete with a south facing sunny open, terrace and maps. Location is magnificent, 15 minutes drive to Chester. People who work there are pleasant.

It was perfect and amazing close to all amenities. Affable staff, made the stay perfect.
